The new design/build project is in Lumberville, PA.  

The site, which is on top of a hill above the Delaware River, was selected for its awesome views.  Positioned facing North-South, the home has outstanding views of both sunrise and sunset.   The design and construction has taken about three years and is still in progress.

The house is being built following Passive Home design, has a geothermal HVAC system, and a Zehnder fresh air system.
